- A:Answer The PlayStation 4 does not natively accept IR commands, so this remote would not control it (nor would any IR-based remote). A separate Blu-ray player may be a good choice for controlling power/transport commands when watching movies.

Q: QuestionI have this remote,but don’t know how to use it. I was in fl when installed with my son at install and tech to come see me when I got back from Florida. The covid19 has shut your people down and here I sit unable to use this 4 k investment.

- A:Answer It takes 4 double A batteries and they are easy to change. Normal back removal as on other remotes. I have not needed to replace the batteries
