No. I just connected 2 units to my Onkyo receiver. The units are paired at the factory, and will not connect to or cause interference with another kit.

The good news is that each receiver and transmitter will only pair to each other. So it might work. The only issue you might encounter is some signal interference between the 2 of them. You will need 2 transmitters and receivers since they come as a paired set.
