is there a slow blinking red light on both units? if so, here's what you do: there is a small link button on both the receiver and the transmitter. hold it down and the light will begin to flash rapidly. do this on both units and they will attempt to pair (like xbox 360 controllers). when the lights turn solid red, they are paired. try moving them closer together if they don't pair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend disconnecting all cables, and unplugging this from the wall outlet. Let it sit for a few minutes before re-connecting everything, and powering the RF-WHTIB back on. This should resolve the issue. If the issue still exists afterwards, then I would recommend bringing it, along with the receipt, back to the place of purchase to pursue warranty options.
