Sometimes if the router from your modem is to close it can interfere with the frequency. Move your router and modem to another room or at least 12 ft. away. Also, make sure that the boxes are securely plugged in and the speakers are wired (+) and (-) correctly. This should solve your problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wireless in my house consists of a router broadcasting 2.4 & 5 GHz simultaneously. Between the transmitter and receiver my wife and I use 2 iPads & iPhones, 2 work Dell laptops. Next to the transmitter is a netgear wired to wireless converter and an appletv. All this running and my rocket fish wireless rear system never shuts off unless the house loses power. I am using 2 small Cambridge sound works speakers for rears. I do have a dedicated plug for the rear receiver, the transmitter is on a power strip. I would suggest making sure the rear receiver is not plugged into a power strip and the other plug does not have a strip plugged in. May be starved for power. Just a guess.
