“RF-WHTIB Blinks and goes off The sender blinks three times and goes off. I tried to switch outlets and same result. The receiver is blinking. I can't get the sender to stay on. The reset button doesn't do it and the power button on the back doesn't work either.”

It sounds like there is no communication between the sender and receiver. I would suggest viewing this troubleshooting section within the manual (found in the Support/Downloads tab) to fix common issues of no communication between the sender and receiver.
