“How do I obtain warranty service? I purchased mine in March of 2014. I no longer get audio via the kit. The speakers work fine when connected directly to my receiver. A second kit also works fine. I have tried repairing them multiple times. I made the purchase online for store pickup. I have tried calling Best Buy for support three times, but was transferred between departments each time and eventually my calls were disconnected and no one ever called me back, even though I provided my call back number. Should I bring the unit into the store for replacement? Per the Rocketfish one-year limited warranty, coverage is provided by Best Buy.”
