“Both lights say it is connedted but getting no sound from speakers. Both blue lights are on but get no sound from speakers. Can connect speakers direct and they work. the units are 5 feet apart.”

Have you connected to speaker out on receiver? I did mine to extra back speakers and when called for works fine.

Please try again later.the geek squad hooked up my system and it has worked perfectly since day 1 - I had a very old theater system - used original speakers - Boston Acoustic - purchased new Sony receiver and purchased wireless back speakers as well as a new plasma flat screen to replace a tv about 17 yrs old - geek squad techs are awesome!
