“Any way to turn the receiver on automatically? I have one of these units, and it is brilliant! I also have the power supplies for both sender and receiver on radio controlled switches, to turn them off after I've finished listening to them (as the units are hidden away). My question, is it possible to get the receiver to switch on automatically when it receives power? Maybe by using some tape to hold the power button in permanently or something (though I believe that puts the unit into "learning" mode)?”

If you turn off the power to them, they will not automatically turn on when you bring the power back. Why not just let them stay on at all times? Their power consumption is negligible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They sell power bars that have a "Master" outlet that turns the power on the other outlets when the device connected to Master is turned on. One of these might solve your problem. Or just leave it on all the time.
