Did you turn on or off the power for both transmitter and receiver?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Press and hold the CONNECT button on either the wireless sender or wireless receiver for two seconds. They will go in pairing mode and look for each other. If they don't pair after doing that, then they would need to be repaired. If you've had them for less than 1 year, then return them to the store for warranty repair/replacement.
