“Constant buzzing - no other sound! I've had this unit for over 3 years now and it WAS awesome. I say WAS because the other day my tv stand broke which sucked (totally unrelated tho) but it made me to take apart and reinstall everything in my whole setup (which it needed to be reorganized and dusted anyway). Now, as soon as I power on the rocketfish rear receiver (which was never unhooked or moved from the last setup over a year ago) I get a constant loud buzzing from the rear right speaker and nothing at all out of the rear left. I've double checked my transmitter connections that are hooked to my tuner amp (yamaha) and everything is correct. It doesn't make sense to me. Literally, Sunday my whole system was working great. On Monday, after hooking everything else back up, it all works great EXCEPT the one thing that didn't get unplugged or changed at all (the rocketfish wireless rear speaker kit). Any ideas? This is driving me insane. I can't believe it just decided to tank the same day my tv stand broke. No way am I that unlucky. I really loved this thing but I don't want to buy another one if I don't have to. Thanks in advance for any help.”

I had this same issue come up out of nowhere. I switched the wires on the rear left and right speakers and that did not work so I switched the wires at the transmitter and that solved the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.OK new issue now. I recut and reconnected all wires and connections. Not not only does it still not work but now it won't even connect. The transmitter (the one connected to my amp) still flashes red but the receiver (the one connected to my rear speakers) only blinks red a couple times when i turn it on and then nothing...basically turning off again I guess. Before I was at least connecting them together albeit with a loud buzzing from my rear right speaker and nothing from the left. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

It could be the receiver connection, rocketfish transmitter, rocketfish receiver, speaker, or wires to any of them. Try switching L/R speakers, then L/R rocketfish receiver, L/R transmitter, then L/R Yamaha. If the problem moves, then keep going. When it doesn't move you found the issue. It's the device or the wires to the device. The TV stand could of frayed wires or cause a stray wire from the left to touch the right.
