If you just set it up, make sure the receiver and the sender are in the proper spots. They are easy to mix up. If they have been there for a while, disconnect everything and then press the connect button for 2 seconds on either the sender or receiver. Once it goes into connection mode, press the connect button on the other one so they can reconnect.
