“Just hooked up and no sound Speakers worked when wired to receiver, hooked up Rocketfish, 30' between units, clear line of sight, double checked all wires are correct, connect lights both solid red, both units plugged into wall sockets only, when I run speaker test on receiver, it "sees" the rear ones but there is no tone sounded just an empty space before subwoofer tone. Rear unit is 15' away from wifi router. HELP! Or do I just return it?”

I'd take it back. This is the simplest of all elec. equip. It sould work instantly if hooked up right

If you have gone through the necessary steps to troubleshoot this issue to no avail, and have consulted the user manual for any additional tips to fix it: http://www.rocketfishproducts.com/products/home-theater/RF-WHTIB.html, then I would recommend bringing it along with the receipt, back to the place of purchase
