Yes, it requires VR. It does not require (but is better with) the Playstation Move controllers.

Yes, you do need a PSVR for this game. It specifically has it stamped on the outside of the retail box.

Yes you do. It is a Playstation VR title, and the packaging should make that apparent. If you do not have a Playstation VR with camera and move controllers, you will not be able to play this game.
