• Price wise UAG beats Otter. Had mine 1 month works well. No problems.

• He otter box is bulkier but seems a bit more protective. The UAG is more slick and much less bulky. The iPad has been dropped a few times with the UAG and has protected it well but the Otter box is almost bulletproof. If not concerned with a little bulky size I would recommend the Otter box.
