Hi Cal, Thanks for aksing. It is suggested that you use Google Translator to help you reset the projector or language. To download Google Translate and use the lens feature to translate in real-time. You hold your phone up and it sparkles like you’re catching a Pokémon and suddenly becomes English (or another language of choice) on your phone screen in real-time. Please go to Setup-Option/Advanced-OSD language and select the language you would like to set. Or you can go to Setup-Option/Advanced-Restore Factory Default/Reset to reset the projector.
