• Yes it technically connects to your phones wifi but when it comes down to play the movie it video it freezes. I wouldn’t recommend it.

• Hi Cindy, Thanks for asking. The projector can still work without Internet access. But in that case, you will have to load content onto the projector via an USB drive or other kinds of external storage.
