“Is there a way to verify this actually has HD resolution as advertised? I bought this from best buy for my basement, after a prior $70 no name off amazon died. Video quality is atrocious. Poor colors, grainy, pixelated. What gives?”

I had an hp, for about 6 months. It quit on me. I haven't had this one, for very long, but the picture is so much better.
