No! It has its own WiFi to connect a device to it or you can plug your player into it via HDMI… I connected my phone via its internal WiFi and was able to screen project…
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, Thanks for asking. This projector supports wireless screen mirroring over mobile devices via WiFi connection. However, if you would like to play DVD and your DVD supports HDMI connection, please connect it to the projector via an HDMI cable and select the correct HDMI as the input source. If the DVD player doesn't support HDMI and only supports VA connection, please connect all 3 cables(blue, white and yellow) to the DVA player and only connect the yellow cable to the projector's AV port. After that, select AV as the input source on the projector and the DVD player is connected. Hope this helps. - Vankyo Support Team
