“At first the projector connects to our devices and mirrors on the screen, but less than 5 seconds,the image on the screen freezes but the sound continues to play through the projecture and on the device. Help!!!”

Hi there, May I know if you are streaming Netflix movies or not? Please note that due to the HDCP protocol, content on those streaming services are not allowed to be streaming from mobile devices to the projector.
