• No!!!! This is only front camera and the back up camera.

• Yes you can if you want to used the backup Cam inside because other cam is for the front footage only as you attach the front cam with the rear view mirror. But if you already have a backup cam in your cam than you can use 812 backup cam anywhere you want to use. I bought it to use it as a backup cam and it works really well.
