“Can the cameras and the base be kept turned on 24/7, and each plugged into a wall outlet so that I dont have to worry about keeping any of the three parts charged? Also, is there a charge for the app or service to monitor remotely via your phone?”

The camera needs to be connected to a power source to use it. There is a battery inside the monitor, so it can be used without being connected to a power source. We do not have a corresponding APP.
