Q: QuestionCan the cameras and the base be kept turned on 24/7, and each plugged into a wall outlet so that I dont have to worry about keeping any of the three parts charged? Also, is there a charge for the app or service to monitor remotely via your phone?

• A:Answer The camera needs to be connected to a power source to use it. There is a battery inside the monitor, so it can be used without being connected to a power source. We do not have a corresponding APP.

Q: QuestionHow does the audio work on a split screen if the cameras are set up in 2 separate rooms? I want to be able to hear both at the same time. Does the audio just pick whichever room is making noise or can you hear them both simultaneously?

• A:Answer Sorry this answer may be late, but for anyone else wondering, it alternates between the two mics while in split screen. It’s every 10 seconds if I’m not mistaken, and there’s no control over it. If you want to hear a specific camera’s mic, you have to manually select the source on the monitor.
