3 gigs per month and you can carry over 3 gigs each month can't save over 6 gigs at any time

It applies to your plan with Verizon. So, I would think this depends on your personal plan you have already chosen in the Verizon store. I'd check with Verizon directly to learn about the amount of data you would receive with this plan.
