Will wifi still work when prepaid card expires? null

My son has an iPhone and he is able to call or text another iPhone when he is on wifi, or play games when connected to my hotspot. You cannot make your own hotspot if you do not have paid service, nor do you have cellular data.

Yes wifi is A phone function. Not a plan offering. Your plan offers data in which u use in place of wifi
