“Trying out remote horseback riding clinics. My riding arena gets 1 bar of LTE service using Verizon. Would this give me better reception? Clinics last 45-60 minutes. I have an unlimited data plan and live in rural foothills of AZ”

The quality or signal strength you'll get from this or any other Verizon-compartible device is directly tied to the strength of the Verizon signal in your location. Use of this device may result in one or more extra signal bars but that may not necessarily translate to better internet service. I would suggest getting a signal booster from Verizon instead and your existing device should work much better.
