“What is the difference betweem "Prepaid", "Top=up" and "Refill" phone (Verizon) cards?? I have a smartphone whose (Verizon) contract expired recently. I am currently billed monthly (prepaid) for my service. I'm trying to decide whether any purchased "Prepaid", "Top=up" or "Refill" card will allow me to reduce my phone bill. What are the terms of these cards, and what does a 90-day expiration date mean -- as compared to a fixed monthly prepaid charge? Some of these cards have expiration dates (on the back) does that mean that they are good until their value is used up -- or the expiration date, whichever comes first?”
