• Its good enough for a bedroom so Id say about 250 square feet or so.

• We have hot forced air and our bedroom is 12x14. It works well for us. No more morning congestion!

• I can't give you a specific number but I use it in a 400-500 sq ft room and it works fine with medium level. Another one I use in my office where it's in a cubicle (and open all around really), I've to yank it up all the way to feel comfortable. Hope that answers your question.
