Yes, you can save part of vhs video also you can edit to cut out part of video as well.

Yes, there is an Edit section in the Advanced Mode designed for this purpose. If you know where on the tape each excerpt is, it may be a more expedient option to only play and record those selections directly to individual files rather than recording the full tape and editing afterward.

yes. it took some time but i was able to edit out or in just the sections i wanted to transfer.
