Please try again later.Check if the issue may be due to the audio source by swapping the white and red RCA connections going into the VIDBOX capture device (white cable into the red port, red cable into the white port). Do not make any changes to the cables on the other side. If the problem reverses so that the left channel is distorted, then the issue is with the signal that goes through the red cable since the distortion follows the cable. In that case, test a different cable and/or test your player to a television to see if the issue clears up. If the the problem remains the same when you swap the red and white cables, the issue is most likely in the right channel on the VIDBOX capture device. It is still recommended to test with a second set of cables and second video player to make sure if the VIDBOX capture equipment is faulty.
