• There are a number of different possible causes for video to not appear. To start, please double-check that the software has also been set to use S-Video instead of RCA composite. If you are playing from a VHS/DVD combo player, please also verify that the S-Video output will work for the specific type of content you want - many combo players can only use S-Video to output DVD content, not VHS content.
