This would need to undergo troubleshooting. If you have access to the original camera, check if that still records in color using the same cables and ports that worked previously. If they do, then it may be an issue with cabling or outputs on the camera that does have issues. Make sure you are using the same cables and setup instructions described in the camera manual. If the original camera does not have color, it may be an issue with the VIDBOX app and drivers or the VIDBOX equipment itself. In the latter case, please uninstall and reinstall the VIDBOX application (make sure you have your Product Key available before proceeding).
