• Yes, you can connect an 8mm player for your tapes to the VIDBOX product. This will allow you to digitize a file to your Mac. We recommend making sure your player is able to output to the inputs on the VIDBOX capture device using RCA and/or S-Video connections. Please refer to your camera/8mm player manual to make sure you have all the appropriate cables - there will normally be a section that describes how to connect the camera/player to a television and what cables are needed for that.
