“I transferred a VHS to a file, converted it to MP4 and saved th file. Just got DVD-R Discs, how do I burn a DVD after it is no longer in the Preview Screen? Do I use Bidbox or just another burn utility? Will either produce a usable DVD?”

Drag and drop into your file for making DVD,s. It could be on Windows Media or some other burner platform.
