“I have been transferring videos, now all of my videos are showing up to play in media player and I'm not able to burn them to DVD because of the program it's in. Basically I'm not able to open them in VIDBOX how can I get them back to open in VIDBOX?”

I'm not sure that you need to open them in vidbox in order to burn them to a DVD. You can usually just drag and drop your file onto the DVD burner (via File explorer). THere are also many free DVD burner software apps out there that can walk you through the process.

Generally speaking, the Mac component cannot perform DVD burning while the Windows component allows for DVD burning directly following the recording. In case you are describing something else, please contact our support team so that we can make sure we are answering your questions appropriately.
