In order to obtain touch feedback, you will need to use a cable that supports the transmission of data. If you connect using HDMI, you will need a second USB-C to USB-A or USB-C to USB-C cable, because HDMI does not transmit data; only video and audio. However, if you connect via USB-C to USB-C, then you do not need any other cables as USB-C provides video, audio, data, and power all through one cable.
