The TD2421 and TD2423D are very similar in form factor, however, the TD2423D does not include the same stand as the TD2421. The TD2423D does include a DisplayPort port. The dimensions of the two units are very similar as well: TD2423D Without Stand (in.): 22.5 x 13.7 x 2.4 TD2421 Without Stand (in.): 22.5 x 13.4 x 2.3
