“The name of this monitor says it is a Touch Screen however the spec sheet says it is NOT a touch screen. Which is it? The spec sheet says it is Mac Operating System compatible. Does that mean the monitor will not work if connected to a Windows computer?”

The TD2423d is in fact a touch display that is compatible with both the windows and Mac operating systems.
