I do not see the LG model specified, however, looking at the product title you provided, I found the LG 43UN700-B. Both of these units have their pros and cons. The LG does use an IPS display which is superior, however, the ViewSonic has a dock on the monitor itself giving you additional USB-A ports. Additionally, both displays feature a 4K resolution. Based on the price difference and use case, I would reccomend the ViewSonic VX4381-4K.
