At this time, our units have not been certified for this specific application. Additionally, please note that Viking 3 Series and 5 Series warming drawers are not designed for this use. The heating element is located beneath the drawer, and placing items such as towels over the back could pose a fire hazard. For safety reasons, we do not recommend using the warming drawers in this manner.
