• Hello Juliana, No, you do not need to buy another monitor for this. This product is the monitor and you do need a computer (tower) or console for it to work properly.

• This is a monitor, and you do need to connect a device (pc, phone, console, etc.) via display-port or hdmi in order to display an image and download software (games, apps, etc.)
