Depending on how long you have had it either contact viper CS or buy a new one. I just bought one from bb and it works fine. I have also contacted viper and had a new one sent to me. This is my 3rd remote/fob in about 5 years. First one was probably poorly made so … My experience is they are good for about 2 year then you need to replace them.

Please try again later.I haven’t had any issues with mine, the only things I can think of is that you may need to reprogram it after charging or your unit may be defective or it could have had a power surge during charging and fried it , either way you may need to replace it.
