“My viper 2 way remote starter is about 1 ½ yrs old. I’ve charged it a handful of times. Today it simply stopped working and will just blink green once when I plug it in but then won’t charge. (Yes, I’ve tried multiple chargers) No buttons are responding.”

Probably just history. You could attempt to replace battery pack in remote but.... they don't last long sometimes.
