• This is just the remote, not the remote start system. If you already have the remote start system, you should be able to call and find out if it is compatible, or go to the Viper website. It has simple instructions to pair it yourself, you don't need to pay someone to do it for you.

• If you have it installed at Best Buy it will work on your car. If you want it installed by Best Buy, you have to make a reservation because of the COVID-19 problem. But the answer is yes to both questions.
