“Best Buy just installed a Viper remote start in our 2012 Infiniti QX56. The extra 2 way remote we ordered works great, the 1 way unit doesn't work at all. No paperwork to know the model of the Viper unit installed. Will this work with most Viper units?”

The small remote that comes with the viper should work. If it was installed by Best Buy, you should b able to take it back to them and have it checked or reprogrammed. The 2-way long range remote is an awesome upgrade. I have 1 with my Viper DS4VB remote start. So far I have been 4 blocks away and it starts. But will keep on testing the range.
