- Answer You have to make sure that is stated when you are buying the remote starter kit but it usually does now.

- Answer From what I remember, yes, you should be able to program this. If you bought this through Best Buy and they've program it once before, they should cover it.

- Answer Any of the remote starts at bestbuy will work and they do a great job of installing. I would keep an eye on sales as I have gotten some really good deals, I have had them install remote starts on all 3 of our vehicles and have used compustar, idatastart and viper. The compustar is probably my favorite of the 3.

- Answer You can start, lock, stop or unlock car without OE fob. But need key to move vehicle after remote start or it shuts off

QuestionMy viper 2 way remote starter is about 1 ½ yrs old. I’ve charged it a handful of times. Today it simply stopped working and will just blink green once when I plug it in but then won’t charge. (Yes, I’ve tried multiple chargers) No buttons are responding.

- Answer Probably just history. You could attempt to replace battery pack in remote but.... they don't last long sometimes.

- Answer Yes it will if you already have your AC set up to the way you want it. The same thing will happen if you use your heater as well
