Yes!! This thing will blend ice! It’s amazing.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works good enough. The trick to milkshakes is that metal mixing cup with the open dull blade that pulverizes the ice cream. You really can't get it to work the same at home, it's a specialty machine at restaurants. Check your local Dennys and check them out making a shake, you'll see what I mean.
