Dear Best Buy. Is this a BRAND NEW machine? null

My machine was not advertised as refurbished even with the 280$ price. Everything appears brand new. No scratches. Brand new user manual and recipe books included. I registered my blender with Vitamix by phone and have the full 10 year warranty.

This is a brand new machine with a 10-year warranty.

This V1200 that Best Buy is selling is a NEW machine, not reconditioned.

I did not receive the blender inside of the original packaging. Instead it came in what would be considered a refurbished box, although it is being advertised as brand new.
