“How do I get it to focus? It's brand new so lens isn't dirty nor is it wet and it's blurry most of the time. I've read the manual and doesn't say anything about it having any auto focus nor how to focus it. PLZ help!!!”

Personally I felt dim for not noticing there was a protective piece of clear plastic over the lens, started focusing as soon as removed. My guess is you figured it out already though.
