“I am needing 3 additional batteries. I have a VTI Phoenix 2.0 drone, model DRCLSX10-NOC. I have called VTI customer service, but said they don't make or sell, just the battery. The ones online look nothing, what I need.”

I ran into the same problem. There are no batteries for the model ending in NOC. Now i have an armload of drones with no good batteries.
