About your question, it really depends on the size room. I tried it in my living room before i placed it in my kids bedroom. I realized that it sounds better in their room. The sound quality was actually more noticeable. If you're trying to get something within a budget, its actually not bad. Its easy to install a d when changing settings the sound bar speaks back at you. Your bestbet is to try the same day, that way you can return if you dont like it.
